Putting up a curtain pole I was drilling into the wall when I unexpectedly went straight into a central heating pipe.. !?**?//!! Called RM and spoke to Ryan, explained the situation and he sent one of his guys around. John arrived promptly, was very friendly and was able to competently carry out the repairs needed. As a small business owner myself and having now had dealings with this company I would not hesitate to recommend them to my customers that require heating and plumbing works carried out.
Rm heating very kindly took my emergency call and fitted me into their busy day. The plumber replaced the leaking taps and the burst pipe on bathroom basin as it was leaking everywhere, and also fixed some nagging problems with the toilet. RM Heating & Plumbing renovated our bathroom and kitchen which were in a very poor condition. They advised us on design decisions to begin. Work involved ripping out, moving all existing plumbing in the bathroom, plastering both the kitchen and the bathroom, laying floors and tiling, fitting of bathroom suite, kitchen units and appliances, and painting both rooms. Communication was excellent throughout, keeping us informed at every stage and answering our many emailed questions quickly and professionally. Standard of workmanship was very high and we're delighted with the finish. The kitchen is outstanding and my walk-in shower is amazing Highly recommended!
