Beware! Initial boiler installation completed satisfactorily a year ago, but the free servicing (for 2 years) has not been forthcoming. MDB are ignoring calls to their (office and mobile) contact numbers and also emails to try arrange a date for this. Clearly not interested - no communication and no free service. Unprofessional and would not recommend as, based on experience, they do not meet their own stated customer or service standards.
Just had this company in to replace my bolier .the two boys that fitted it was very good and friendly .they cleaned up after themselves .im really pleased with the job that they done and would really recomend them .thank you
I wanted a Repair on my boiler spoke them twice and they couldn't be bothered to get back to me unless I was having a new boiler
