Puppy hour is brilliant, the guys in the store are great and very helpful. There is a huge selection of toys for cats dogs amd small furries. Actually much more choice than pets at home. Slightly dearer also but you pay more for the better choice I think.
Can't praise this store and staff enough! The staff have been wonderful helping us with our new puppy. We are new to owning a dog and everyone has so much information to share about food, bedding and anything you want to know. And then there's the puppy socialising, our little Tilly loved it and even though she's too old now, she still gets excited going back to the shop.I like the fact that all the staff have their own animals, and they all friendly and genuine and happy to spend time helping you.Love the shop, it's clean, tidy and well presented and has everything you will ever need for any pet.
Scott is a credit to your store and brand. He was excellent in answering our questions around our guniea pig food and even took the time to let our children pet the store animals which put big smiles on our faces. He really exceeded any expectations, when he offered to hand deliver our new hutch to Cardiff Gate as he was going that way on that day. He created a true "wow" moment for your brand. We received great service from the store . I phoned to ask about guinea pig hutches and Scott answered. He was very helpful so we visited the store. He gave us lots of good advice and was great with my excited 7 year old, explaining things to her in a great way for a child to understand. He also helped my husband load a hutch and run into the car when they went to collect them. He phoned to let us know that the guinea pigs had arrived so we could go to pick our pair. It was reassuring to know they would not let us take them straight away as they wanted to make sure that they were happy with the pairing first. Staff remembered us, and went through a health check with the guinea pigs before we took them home.
