The guys are fantastic, they give you all the information you need, if they don't know something they will be honest and say they don't know WHILE googling the information for you! They're all friendly and don't make me feel like an idiot for not knowing stuff, they will happily engage in conversation and go above and beyond, they're all reptile owners which is a huge plus, all care deeply about animals and are all genuinely lovely people.
Best place if your looking for reptiles, they guys there know their stuff and are really passionate about their animals. I have just bought 2 from them and the care package and information was top notch. I can't recommend them enough
