Very busy hospital and lots of corridors. Should be reconfigured for more space and beds. Parking is inadequate as there not enough spaces for clinics, visitors, A&E, The Children's Hospital and staff. Some of the staff are lovely and work hard but some are just awful, lazy and rude. Patient's food leaves a lot to be desired. The whole hospital needs overhauling. Departments like physio, pain team, nutrition and several others don't work on the weekends or bank holidays, why,? Don't people need them on the weekend and then maybe they can be done without. Just a thought. The consultants are great.
This place deserves no stars! Absolutely without a shadow of a doubt the worst hospital i have ever been to, ever! The design of this hospital is a disgrace, the layout of the parking is truly a joke and the staff are some of the least caring individuals i have ever encountered! 100% shocking and a formal complaint has been sent to the relevant NHS departments

I had neurosurgery at this hospital in early 2017 and I cannot praise their expertise,care and kindness enough. If it were not for them. I would not be here now. My thanks especially to Miss Van Beijnum and Tessa Northmore who explained everything in detail to my wife and myself before the operation took place. Also my thanks to all the staff on B4 Neuro Ward and on T4 High Care Unit.
It's a nice hospital nice people work there helpful so hard working trying to best to make things better again a big thumbs up to all the doctors and staff that help them keep the good work
