My late mum- in- laws funeral was carried out with the very best of service by a caring, understanding staff. We were kept fully informed of the procedures required and everyone, especially a young gentleman named Steve, who could not have been more considerate. Thank's to everyone at Summers who helped make a sad occasion less stressful.
Absolutely appauling service. Problems with the death certificate - the doctor wrote it all down wrong which elongated the problem and then they made us wait five days to sort out the date of the funeral,. I was trying to arrange family and friends from far away and they would not even give me a date for the funeral, Don't waste your money on such an uncaring unsupportive company, They are vile, At a time of bereavement you need help not obstruction, I have had to deal with my mother and father and grandparents funeral and this is the worst that I have ever dealt with, Don't go with Summers, Go with Caesar Jones,
