I was not happy with the service received by Pidgeons. They had promised a priest would visit the house before the funeral and he did not. They messed up the speech at my grandfathers funeral and got the information about him totally wrong so we had to sit in tears through a random story that was not about my grandfather as he had never served. They were rather nasty to my mother on the phone when she pointed out that they had still not buried my grandfather Patrick Grout's ashes 6 months later even though she had paid upfront an extra 200 or so.
