I Contacted the Secret Garden to create a memorial flower arrangement for my grandfather. I explained how I wanted a tennis racket and table centre piece and didnt give much notice for these to be made. The funeral was the day after Mothers Day, I was told by the member of staff that this would not make a difference and they would ensure they were made for me to pick up on the morning of the funeral. When picking up the table centre piece and tennis racket I was shocked and completely overwhelmed by the attention to detail and the finish for the low price that I had agreed, the flowers were amazing value. My grandfather would have loved it. I was helped to carry the flowers to the car by a member of staff who was more than helpful as the car was a large distance from the shop. The professionalism and care was highly appreciated at such a delicate time. I would not recommend any other florist after the service that I received. I will certainly be returning to purchase more flowers in the future.
Received two beautiful bouquets of flowers for a friends birthday. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. The flowers were exactly what I asked for displaying vibrant colours with a lovely scent. Great value for money Seen as I book my order last minute I was really impressed with the service I received over the telephone.
