Exactly what I asked for and the most beautiful arrangement using fresh, high quality flowers and foliage. They were ordered and delivered with zero fuss. It was clear that Nicola knows her stuff about flowers and made some great recommendations. At such a difficult time, she really put me at ease and made the whole experience a pleasure. I even got a call from her the following day to check that everything was as it should have been. Nicola also provided brilliant after sales service - freely giving her advice on how to care for the flowers to keep them looking amazing for as long as possible, and how to press the roses so I could have them as a sentimental keep sake. Beautiful flowers for my aunt's funeral, online ordering simple and easy.
I ordered a Rose Bouquet in Red18 Roses that was70.00 with delivery charge of 7, I received a call saying it wasnt possible to get all the roses due to them being out of stock so we decided to have something else up to the same value to ensure the same day delivery as it was important they where recieved the same day. What was recieved wasnt a reflection of 70 at all and wasnt a bouquet like the one I ordered . Upon contacting the shop back we was told for what we wanted would take up to 5 days to wait for the flowers to bloom or something along them lines. I feel Ive been had in terms of what Was recieved for the price payed.
I ordered flowers for an anniversary and asked if they could be delivered by a certain time and was told that they would try their very best to do so. (Understood that if they couldn't) They were delivered by the time that I asked. Thank you so much, she loved the flowers too.
