Terrible at their job. Dad supposed to get released at 8.30 am and they didn't actually release him till 4pm. What a waste of my day
Always been very helpful both over the phone or during visits.
Shocking corrupt company. Sent two thugs around to my friends house who proceed to demand money with menaces and if he didnt pay up, they would kick his door in and assault him if necessary. When I tried phoning up to speak to the court manager I was met with a barrage of abuse from a member of staff there and they then slammed the phone down! Disgusting business!!
Absolutely Disgusting Service can not get through for almost 2 hours, don't say ring back later when there's never anyone there! Is this what we deserve for our TAX money and capitol of Wales.
