Live changing. local authority is allowed to submit statements of truth knowing that its false an be identified as not a registered social worker or never meeting the persons. They can proceed with application's without adding parents to hearings. untrained people giving evidence which are known to be false and misleading. Documents compleated on a parents behalf and not questioned. A person had doors locked on them, people hysterical . Children abused in local authorities care and this is over looked, names are not correct . guardian can change a statement same day knowing it was misleading about . A judge can meet a person do a trial and p.o on same day. another on FH/AO , although no documents given. A Person can get second hand information, false police records , wrong name's or file's. document a person as absent or adding legally represented throughout ,even if legal left case a year previous. Harrassent will continue.
Some of the judges are part-time and also work in chambers in Cardiff. This creates a huge conflict of interest and is open to corrupt practice so don't expect them to be fair.
Not bad chips but a bit over priced
Something the family courts want to keep quite, well not this time wrong family and my son was abused under the domestic violence act of 2012 to give his baby up he had met at 3 months old, told us not to go to birth as baby's life was in danger. they made the mum think while pregnant they were going to help her instear asked to sign a written agreement between her and Cardiff social services names will be mentioned as follows. they said the section 21 (which was to hand the baby and her rights over )they would support her.instead baby was taken after birth her dad met her after a dna test took nearly 3 month to do till we finally met her, forced adoptions I never believed existed until all our lives were turned upside down. the original judge had to step down, for reasons beyond his controld and seemed like a fair judge so we thought, no name of father is allowed on her birth certificate? Judge Neil Thomas who took over, locked the court room doors, my son was alone and his solicitor was actually working for child services, nobody kept to the first judges request, the police told social services to amend the documents all of them, they called us liar even though I have the written email, contact was done via a trainee catching taxis costing 36 return as sent his baby home before we got there, she had 2 head injuries which I have pictures of and SIB just joined and printed out on her dad's birthday the massive head injury and bruises to my granddaughters head it was like a egg and black, was only allowed 1 hour contact visits and had to have 30 minutes each, I asked the foster carers and the words to her dad was DON'T WORRY DAD THEY ALL GET BUMPS AND BRUISES (never at 3 months a baby should have bruises to head and then at I month's old. Social services made 3o3 errors referring to the child as a boy and names of people who we don't know ?? Apparently my son the babies dad has given birth to 7 children this is from the social worker, since when have men given birth please? In lac review refers to her as a thriving baby boy, we have tried to stop the adoption as under the MOJ ACT 1911, THE JUDGE ALLOWED PERJURY, MISLEADING AND INACCURATE INFORMATION TO BE ALLOWED IN COURT HE WAS ASKED TO DEBAR DOWN IN ALL 10 TIMES BUT REFUSED TO. we have paid for every court case since when is it up to the social worker to say dad was never getting the baby, the option was always adoption. Now Cardiff County council CEO, HAS HANDED THIS BIG COMPLAINT TO SOCIAL SERVICES TO DEAL WITH IT? ?? A OUTSIDE BODY HAS TO LOOK AT THIS THE GUARDIAN ONLY LEARNT AT THE HEARING LASTING 1 MINUTE AND 10 SECONDS THE BABY HAD BEEN PLACED FOR ADOPTION. MY SON WAS NEVER OFFERED ANY SUPPORT, WASN'T ALLOWED TO CALL WITNESSES AND WAS TOLD NOT TO SPEAK. what is my great concerns is no hospital treatment was ever given to my granddaughter, I wish the placement people knew so they could take her to hospital, not 1 admitted on any occasion as we checked. He was given a advocate and taken after day 1 as we knew him from before and had all good things to say, her uncle hasn't met her as he was ill and didn't want her catching it....they give us 1t minutes to say good bye, social services put her at risk as a member from other side was with foster carers a few years ago and because it was high failed to look into the back ground of this I found out and trainee told me only 48 hrs the child was there.as threattach of abduction, we reported at contact centre when no police came I rang day after and they knew nothing. failed to tell the judge we supplied everything a baby needs nappies for nearly 9 months,brand new clothing, vests, baby grows, towel's, dressing gowns, socks, booties 3 snow suits ,3 coats, dresses,tights,head bands combs an brushes, toy's pictures sudercreme, even 8 bong elastic and was never in bay bag, always bringing her after injections, cold,one day she started going blue and choking , there was a first aid worker in contact and done nothing she couldn't breath, I got her breathing again all over me,she was ok then start laughing.#BRINGHER
