Ive been to quite a few travel agents around Cardiff in the last few weeks as Im currently hunting for the best possible safari honeymoon. This company seemed ok but I didnt leave the place feeling like they were going to do all they could to help find the holiday Im looking for. They just took our phone number and said they would call us back when they get information... they didnt even take our email address to send us stuff over. When youre buying any holiday especially an expensive one like this you want to be able to look at photos etc to see what youre being offered and not just have it explained over the phone. That said the staff were nice and quite professional but there didnt seem to be any personal touches and there seemed to be more of a next customer please attitude.
