I found Chris and the team to be helpful and professional. The unit was easy to access with a large lift to take up at least two flat bed trolleys. Easy to park outside and Fox Storage price matched another quote which was great. Thanks guys - would definitely use you again if I needed.

Disappointed. Wanted to book a storage unit and requested a qoute . They were very quick to contact me to offer the service very pleasant lad. However when I asked to take advantage of the PRICE MATCH PROMISE things went down hill. The youngman said this was at the managers discretion and I would need to provide proof of a cheaper rate. This I did received an email to say he had forwarded to the manager but never received a reply . 2 phone calls later I recieve an email to say they could not offer a discount and the oringinal price stood. I replied what about the price match promise and was told that they realised that the website did not make it clear that it was not a promise just a promise to consider it. I would have expected at this stage to a least be offered some sort of compromise but instead the reply back was to thank me for making them aware and that that they would take steps to amend there website. So beware only ask for a qoute if you are fully prepared to pay the fully price .
