Always live coming here. The staff are excellent, the ambiance is inviting. Its lovely and light even in a dark moody day.
Food can be amazing but service can be chaotic. In fact it reminded me of fawlty towers! Hopefully its improved now as the location is amazing.
What a beautiful place. Had access to the Spa and 2 treatments also afternoon tea. All were absolutely fantastic. The staff are great especially Ruby. What a credit to this beautiful place. I have a neck, back and shoulder massage and also a full body scrub. Came out feeling absolutely amazing. Cannot rate it any higher. They also have great festive deals on at the moment. If you purchase a gift voucher they can honour the deal at any time. So be sure to get yourselves down there and buy those vouchers.
Lovely setting, lovely food, excellent service, beautiful views, pleasant but very small spa, lovely gardens. Perfect small wedding venue. I haven't stayed so can't comment on rooms.
Although we were there for the " after proceedings" following a family funeral the staff were very polite & discrete and served us well.The buffet food was excellent and the staff came around ensuring discretely whether anyone needed tea or coffee as an alternative to alcohol.Dignified atmosphere The whole place decked out in fine Christmas decorations Would like to come back
