I had a very stiff shoulder for a while but nothing i was trying was helping it heal so I went to David Saunders to see if he could work out what was wrong. He went through lots of range of motion to see what it could be and gave me a verdict that makes sense.Ive been to Dave before and know that he would give me excellent physiological feed back of whats wrong.He also did some great tissue release which was a great relief for my shoulder. The advice he gave me and exercises I have been doing diligently are stopping the shoulder from freezing more. Thanks Dave and would highly recommend this knowledgable and gifted physiotherapist.
