I like this place, cozy and smell of fish all the time. Incredibly friendly types of people usually. Good and clean facilities.
Good selection of drinks and reasonably priced snacks and meals (definitely breakfast (looked BIG) and lunch (jackets, soups, sandwiches, salads etc), not sure about dinner). Full bar. Self service. Lots of tables which can be reserved. A bit cold inside on the day I visted in January (warmer by the cinema entrance). Outside seating available in a small entrance courtyard (better in July!). Free parking. Friendly staff.

Went to see a film here in the morning with my eight year old daughter. This was a good experience. The cinema is clean, reasonably priced and kinda friendly. As were the staff. We didn't eat, but the food looked good too. Recommended.
A wonderful hub of creativity.I frequently visit Chapter for classes, cinema and productions - and I feel very fortunate to have such a rich and vibrant platform in my city.Generally the only thing I could suggest for inprovement would be to make more of an effort to provide a platform for local community projects.
