I reiterate this firm are not to be used if you value your sanity and time . They have been absolutely shocking ,slow and incompetent. I complained to them and achieved nothing .it would seem that leaving a poor (deservedly) review may elicit a response . I just want to end this minor case and forget them . Rest assured I shall never deal with them again .Their services were thrust upon me via an insurance company. I rue the day .How many more people do I have to deal with ? I feel sorry for the paralegals who work for them. They are most probably overworked and underpaid but this does not help me .Just get your act together and do what you are supposed to !! PLEASE
