Terrible expericance messed up my order and the boss did not care at all as she was to stuck up to realise she had it wrong

We hired several coloured napkins for our Wedding at Hensol Castle on the 15.07.2018 and were very happy with the colours , staff and guests both commented on them and they gave our Wedding that added touch! Service was pretty good , a small issue with dropping off and collecting napkins yet Hensol Castle can be a bit of a challenge to find / get into if you don't know the area. I would recommend you to look into using this companies services as I would return!
Hugely dissapointed to be writing this negative review after years of custom, however Ive reached the final straw and simply cant get anywhere with Snow White in terms of service to resolve 100+ issues. Dissapointed doesnt even describe it.
Quick and easy. Fairly cheap for the service. Wasn't "officially open" but allowed me to collect clothes before I headed out to work, which was super useful
