I absolutely love my engagement ring. Not the most expensive in the shop, and not the cheapest, but amazing quality and craftsmanship nevertheless. The lady that served us - Stacey - was brilliant. The whole experience was like sitting down with a good friend. She understood what we wanted and needed every step of the way, fielded our questions well and came up with some fantastic suggestions. We also got a deal because we bought all our wedding rings at the same time. I'd previously been to see other jewellers in a bid to make up my mind, but nothing comes close to Pravins. I found the staff at Pravins in Cardiff really friendly and knowledgeable. They responded quickly to my email, and kept pieces of jewellery aside for me to view.Although my entourage consists of a 5 month old baby and a toddler, they were unfazed and had a selection of puzzles on hand.They offered drinks and a free cleaning service for my engagement and wedding rings whilst I was there.The manager was very patient and helpful while I made my selection, and didn't mind me asking the prices a few times. I have severe baby brain and can barely remember my own name!The other lovely staff members helped entertain my toddler, and he loved looking at the wedding magazines with them, lying about his age and spinning in circles.They arranged for an item I purchased to be sent from London so I had it in time for a family celebration. It arrived on time, beautifully packaged.Also if you have a budget, let the staff know. They are able to source different quality stones or alter pieces to your specifications. You can also design pieces, e.g. eternity rings.The jewellery from Pravins is wonderful and timeless, and will make beautiful heirlooms for my children.
