I cannot give zero stars as this is not an option. Fitted dangerous fuse box and never produced a safety certificate after months of chasing. Drilled through a wall to the kitchen tiles and tried to use old cabling for the new sockets. Eventually had to get another electrician in who told me to report him to trading standards as it was all very dangerous. He even asked for an extra 60 for the certificate but it still never arrived.
The only emergency electrician that would help me in my hour of need. Thank you very much for the help and have already told my contractors to call you in the future Highly recommended electrical company
Said he would fix the electric heaters (during winter) in my flat. Then didn't turn up. Left my tenants in the cold. Then wouldn't answer his phone or respond to text messages. Unprofessional.
Called Rylec to ask if they would come out to take a look at the oven. The man who answered the phone was abrupt and rather hasty to hang up. Only told me what time the engineer would call rounf (10am) because I asked. Waited in all day, no engineer turned up, not even a phone call to explain why. Due to this I had to throw a ton of wasted food out that I couldn't cook. And the oven is still broken! Biggest waste of time.
