Absolutely disgusted at service from this shop .my daughter and three friends went in today and was told they could not try any dresses on without an adult. I went in ,(an adult 51years old !)later today and was told only one of the four girls could try something on and when I asked why the assistant asked was I the mother and I told that they were daughter and her friends.is .she asked did my daughter want to try anything on and when I said no she said OK her friend can been as my daughter wasn t .when I asked could her another friend try something on as well was told a definite no. She said that girls would be touching dresses (they would be with me or their own mother) when I said this is absolutely ridiculous she said that's the rules. I would definitely not shop in this shop as ladies attitude stank and dresses were way over priced.very bad service and attitude, it s people like us that keep the staff in a job !
Amazingly friendly and caring assistant Sukie was so considerate and helped me find the perfect dress. Despite how late I decided to look she found something perfect! Couldnt be happier!

I bought my wedding dress from here 2-3 weeks ago. I tried on a size 6 which I knew would be too small which it was but the staff kindly ordered me in a bigger size from another store and I was very grateful for this. Before collecting my dress 3 days later the lady (I didnt get her name) on the phone informed my mum that there were loose beads on the dress and if we could collect it after 5pm that would be great so it would give her time to seew them back in place. My mum knows Im a worrier so she didnt tell me this before arriving at the shop. I tried the dress on in a bigger size and straight away I could see so many loose beads. Shed obviously not paid attention and thought shed done a good enough job for us to take it away that day. She even kept making excuses saying that she had a busy day and didnt have time to do it. When we arrived she was sat at the desk doing nothing with the dress in a bag behind her. She could have just rang again and asked if wed mind collecting it at a later day.At one I point I pointed out that at the back of the dress a large jewel was missing too and to this she replied dont worry you wont see that once you get the dress altered. The ladies attitude from start to finish was awful. If youre paying 470 for a dress (not in the sale may I add) you expect it to be perfect. There were beads hanging off the shoulders and even now after returning to the shop for the second time there are still beads missing. I know youre probably thinking why did I buy it?!! My mum had to collect it without me as I was away and she knew there were no other sizes and how much I loved the dress. Plus wed put down a 150 deposit and the lady wasnt backing down on giving the deposit back. Maybe you work on commission? I definitely wasnt expecting the wedding dress shop treatment hence not buying a proper wedding dress but the attitude and finished quality of the dress is shocking!Its hard to believe all the good reviews below.You need to work on your customer service skills for sure, in saying that youd be better working in another profession!
