A few minutes walk from Cardiff Castle this church is in the middle of the central market area is the only per-medieval church in the city center I believe. One cant miss it walking down Church street. I did not go in, but from the outside one can see some beautiful stain glass windows. Again, coming from the states Wow a church built in 1180 and still active.The area has everything shopping, restaurants, pubs, historic sites. A weekend would not be enough time to see and visit everything in Central Cardiff. I post some picks along the avenues around the church

Large, flourishing, ancient church in central Cardiff. A good tearoom/caf, and a splendid "Father Willis" organ. (Monthly lunchtime organ concerts are held).
Very interesting city centre church with a lot of history and very pleasant, well kept grounds.Well worth spending the time to examine its architectural and historical features.
