Unhappy with the service. I would have had much better value paying my teenager to clean the car. Wheels have come up really well, but apart from that not worth the money at all (platinum service)... I even had to give the interior a quick once over to remove the leftover dust. Gearstick not touched and small bits of rubbish in door wells not removed as part of the package paid for.Will never return, and do not recommend.
Opening times are wrong - Sunday shuts at midday..queued 40mins to get in and waste of time unfortunately! Manager didnt seemed bothered
Extremely poor service. There were a number of different issues. I was told my car would be ready in 2 hours but when I returned 2 and a half hours later it wasn't finished. I then had to point out a number of large areas on the car where the polish had not been removed. As well as this when I opened my door there was still rubbish which hadn't been removed as part of the service I paid for (platinum). I then noticed that my rear seat, which I keep folded down, had been removed completely! It was just left on the other rear seat so I then had to reassemble my rear seats. Upon driving away it became clear that some kind of polish had been used on the pedals as my foot nearly slipped off the clutch as I pulled away. Finally when I drove out into the sun it was obvious that no attempt had been made to clean the inside of the windscreen which was one of the main reasons I took it in. As this is a paid car park I was not willing to drive back in and pay for another ticket to speak to the men at the time. I paid nearly 30 for this service which was completely inadequate.Edit: I have since received an email offering a full refund and free wash. While the customer service side seems great and very helpful I won't be using the free wash voucher as I don't want to take my car back here.
Not very good at all.Bought top of range Diamond clean.Glass streaky with original grime just pushed around.Instruments/controls just wiped leaving streaks dashboard areas left dusty. Cup holders and trays left dirty.Wheels left dirty Barely vacuumed interior.A really bad detailing for 55.Dont bother going here the price is ok but a lot for a bad wash a bad vacuuming and a quick wipe down.Edit******I was asked by the owner to email them to the address given in response to this review. I did, twice, a week later still no response.Not entirely unexpected.Edit***** 26 July 2018'Owner' eventually contacted me a few weeks later - promised a refund and a free clean - but a week later nothing. An empty promise perhaps.Edit ***** 27 July 2018 'Owner' made good on promise - both pleased and impressed - rating changed from 1 Star to 4 Star for Customer Service
UPDATE:Thought I'd give them another chance today, again the job they have done is pretty poor, they didn't touch the door interiors, the carpets still have dirt/dust on them, smears all over the windscreen inside, won't bother with them again.Paid for a full valet on a medium sized car, both the interior and the exterior were only average, I have since paid half the price elsewhere and got the same standard of cleaning. It is difficult to see what job they have done until you leave the dark car park location.
