Friendly staff,good service and cheaper than dealer MOT price.Only thing if they ask to bring car just before the job would be convenient for customer rather than holding car half day without any reason.
Booked for a free clutch check because my gearstick was very stiff. Managed to book it for the next day at a half 8. They rung me to inform me that although they have taken pivots etc off it hadn't solved the problem so suggested another garage that could fix the gearbox as opposed to replacing the whole thing. Returned to pick up my car and didn't pay a penny. Drove the car home and by the time I got home the gearstick was back to how it was, smoothly and easily changing gear. The next day it was even better so whatever they did actually worked. Very helpful and friendly staff, will definitely return.
Often use this centre for our two cars. Staff are always helpful and prices are more competitive than main dealers. Never had any real problems with them. Just one small negative- reasonable size car park but surface needs sorting- so many potholes!
