Of the two buses I toured on, multiple headphone jacks had inoperable volume controls with the default setting being very loud. Other passengers appeared to notice the same. The tour itself was very good and the guides were informative, knowledgeable, and courteous.
Beware: the bus driver doesn't make all of the stops. We wanted to have a bite to eat at the restaurant gallery. I guess that wasn't allowed because as we stood up at the stop the bus continued right on through. Several people upstairs also wondered why we hadn't stopped. This continued all the way through most published stops until back at the start. It would have been nice to explore the stops and advertised in the brochure.
