Helpful staff (even though they were very busy) Lots for the youngsters to do. My daughter and her friend thoroughly enjoyed their visit.
Decently sized and clean, needs more arcade machines and is a little on the pricey side
I went to celebrate my grandsons 5th birthday, on 23rd Jan, lady who served was great and gave us lane number 5, within 5 minutes my grandson dropped bowling ball on his hand, lots of blood and crying, lady came over very calm and professional, helped us out, very sympathetic, we ended up in A&E but not before she gave us voucher for bowling on another night and a pot of sweets for my grandsons, excellent customer service, sorry I didn't get her name.
Always go with the family! Great arcade and the bowling in fun. There has never been bad service
Came here for a date with my SO a while back and it was great, the building was very clean and at just the right temperature to not be uncomfortable, the service at the counter was quick and efficient with us spending no more than 3 minutes from talking to the member of staff to paying and beginning play.The alleys themselves were clean and we came across no glitches or errors that interrupted our game, the pool tables were the same and the equipment was well looked after. Definitely a great use of my money
