Nightmare service beware!No communication complete incompetence the accountant lost important documents I then phoned up told them I was going to go with another accountant after 4 months of being messed about because I wasnt happy so instead of apologising and trying fix the problems the woman on the phone basically got argumentative then hung up on me!Not a pleasant experience,
DO NOT USE - these people promised me the best service ever and charged accordingly. They didn't deliver anything promised and when challenged were very slippery and in my opinion dishonest. Don't use them. There are better services out there.

Sadly they took a long time to get back with simple accounts to me and then did not submit my self assessment form to HMRC despite taking my money (overpriced). Would suggest you go elsewhere.
